Vintage and original AEF Second Division patch and booklet issued to Albert E. Brown, 2nd Engineer Train, 2nd Division. Booklet is named and dated 21 Feb, 1919 Germany. Patch is the type issued to soldiers and Marines. The different units then sewed this patch on a cloth background of distinctive shape and color. In this case the background would have been a red castle. This patch is a great example of an Indian head patch. The booklet lists and describes all citations awarded to Second Division units including the USMC 4th Brigade.
